For those who happen to wander by the infirmary from this month and on, they will find an office with a beautifully handwritten announcement at the front door. The sign reads as follows:

Therapy and counseling with Dr. Hannibal Lecter.

Since he has no secretary in Teleios, he will make the appointments himself. Prospective patients just need to reach him using the bracelet and he'll set them up. But if they drop by his office and he's free, he'll take the time to attend them. Hannibal's offering general therapy, but he'll be most interested in people with particular issues.
